1. Subscription Plans & Renewals
Fyntl offers subscription-based plans billed monthly or annually. Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew for the next billing cycle using your selected payment method.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Fyntl account or by contacting support. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid billing period, and the subscription will not renew.
3. Refunds
We do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused subscriptions, or plan downgrades. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us within 30 days, and we will investigate.
4. Exceptional Refunds
Although refunds are generally not available, we may provide refunds or credits under exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges, billing errors due to a technical glitch, or multiple accidental transactions.
